Terms of use of our Website

When using this Website you will not:

  • Create an account if you are under 13 years of age.
  • Create an account if you are under the legal age of digital consent in your country without going through our sign-up process including getting permission from a parent/guardian. 
  • Create an account for someone else.
  • Share your login details with another person.
  • Submit obscene or inappropriate language either as part of your account details or in answers to questions.
  • Impose a disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or circumvent any technical measures used to protect this website.
  • Use our material for any purpose other than your own learning. It is not to be used as a classroom/tuition resource.

Refund Policy for Mission Astro Course

We want you to be satisfied, so if you purchase Mission Astro on our website, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you purchase a pre-launch pass, you can apply for a refund at any point up to 14 days after the content becomes available to you. You will be given a full refund providing a good reason is given for the refund.

Our 14-day policy

The 14 days begins on the purchase date for those purchasing the Mission Astro course directly and from the redemption date for those who receive Mission Astro via a course gift card. If you have purchased a pre-launch pass, you can request a refund anytime from the date of purchase, up until 14 days after the content becomes available to you.

All purchases include the free taster session (Module 0) for students to try before they begin the full course. While our 14-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk-free, we must also protect ourselves from fraud. With our system, we can see the sections that students have completed. We are happy for the student to have completed Module 0 and the first session of Module 1 (Stage 1) and still get a refund, with good reason. However, if any of the sections of Stage 2 or any of the subsequent stages have been started, we reserve the right to deny a refund. 

Gift card terms and conditions


  • Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed on the missionastro.org website or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
  • Our gift cards entitle the holder to one copy of the full Mission Astro course, irrespective of the current price of the course. If the price has increased, the holder will not have to pay more; if the price has reduced, the holder will not get a refund for the difference in price.
  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • As this is an online purchase, you have the right to cancel the gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
